Meeting facilities at the
Charleston Civic Center provide the premier location for your
conference, convention or event. Three interstate highways
converge in Charleston, providing convenient access to key markets
in the eastern United States. Charleston's vibrant economy

services your event requires so that participants are fully prepared
to accomplish their goals and meet their objectives.
West Virginia
Rooms
The three West Virginia Rooms offer lots of flexibility on the main
level with a total of over 6,500 square feet when configured
together to accommodate up to 400 in a theater-style setting.
Individually, each tiled room provides a personal atmosphere for
events, exhibitions and demonstrations.

Executive
Parlors
The five executive parlors provide a comfortable and relaxed choice
for meetings, training or planning. Five parlors on the facility's
lower level offer from 1,300 to 3,200 square feet of theater,
classroom or conference seating for up to 900.

Conference
Rooms
The eight, full-service conference rooms on the facility's second
level afford the ultimate flexibility for getting down to business.
Eight well-appointed hotel-quality rooms combine for up to 3,800
square feet of presentation space to a group of 360 people, or as
little as 500 square feet for a small conference of 15 people.
The beautifully appointed board rooms offers a comfortable and
upscale setting for important or private meetings.

Coliseum is directly adjacent to first-class dining, accommodations

More than 1,250 rooms border the Civic Center Complex, 1,750 rooms
within a six-block radius. More than forty restaurants are within
easy walking distance from the complex. Charleston Town Center, one

On site paid parking is available for up to 2,000 vehicles.
Additional adjacent paid parking to accommodate more than 4,000
vehicles is available within a three-block area.

Audio-Visual
& Decor Services
Enhancing your meeting with the right presentation and decor is
essential. Our experienced staff is of particular service in helping
create the right environment with complete exhibit decorating
services, including pipe and drape, carpeting, table skirting, booth
furnishings, etc. In addition, proper audio-visual techniques help
you communicate your ideas effectively and the Civic Center will

Support Services
The Charleston Civic Center provides a variety of support services
for your event, beyond the normal lighting and temperature controls,
and facility event coordination assistance. These support services
include advertising and publicity, box office and ticketing,
operational equipment, production labor or equipment, event staffing
and concession booths. Each of these requested services is handled
