Meeting facilities on two levels of the Civic Center provide more than 100,000 square feet of ample and modernly appointed space for conferences and meetings.
On the Upper Level are eight (8) luxury conference rooms and an executive board room, enhanced by an elegant lobby. These rooms can be arranged in custom configurations for effective presentations.

On the Main Level are five (5) executive parlors rooms that can be transfigured into a theater, classroom or conference style seating.
Three West Virginia Rooms on the facilities main level offers a total of 6,500 square feet, which can be used individually or combined, providing an intimate atmosphere for meetings, events and exhibits.
The newly remodeled Civic Center Lounge, also on the Main Level and adjacent to the Grand Hall, provides intimate hospitality area for exhibitors or reception guests. The Lounge is an ideal setting for full catering service for small to medium sized groups.
A variety of support services are available to enhance your event including: Audiovisual, decor, box office and ticketing, operation equipment, produciton labor, event staffing and concession booths. Complete details and rate schedules are available.
